Supreme Suspense: Getting Ready for the Big ObamaCare Decision | e21 - Economic Policies for the 21st Century.

This is a nicely written piece by James Capretta of the American Enterprise Institute outlining the different scenarios that might occur based on the Supreme Court decision on "ObamaCare." It is written from a conservative viewpoint but is, actually, reasonably balanced and makes some points that most everyone (right, left, and center) could agree with, at least in principle. Fundamentally, regardless of the decision, there are preexisting conditions with our health care system that must be addressed, including insurability for people with preexisting conditions, affordability of health care, providing care for the uninsured, the woeful inadequacy of the Medicaid program, the Medicare Leviathan, to name a few.
